The Challenge:

Matt Hadley, the Founder and CEO of Wander Creative had a bit of a dilemma on his hands. By virtue of a strong reputation and his activities as a rainmaker, his business was growing as was demand from new potential clients. However, sales growth wasn’t where it should have been. Where things got sticky and sales were lost is in that phase between the initial call and the close because it often took Matt too long to get back to qualified prospects. Additionally, Matt was unable to spend as much time as he wanted to on building his team and developing new services. 

The Altezza Solution:

Before matching Wander Creative with their Sales Professional, we spent considerable time evaluating their entire Sales Operating System. As we evaluated both marketing and sales strategies, we identified some potential improvements that were easy and fast to implement. We helped them zero in on the areas of their sales process where deals could potentially be lost or delayed. We also helped them refine their sales strategy to include a referral-driven approach from existing clients and strategic partners . We then matched them with a proven Sales Professional for a total of 40 hours per month while also providing monthly strategic oversight and counsel.

The Results:

The results came quickly for Wander Creative as we were able to reach the break-even point within 90 days. Since that time, overall sales growth has maintained a healthy pace in excess of 30% and we have even helped the team land some of their largest contracts to-date. Perhaps even more importantly, we’ve freed up Matt to focus on the activities that will scale his company as well as being more available for his family.
