What size businesses do you serve?

The answer to this question is more about the stage of growth than size. Our ideal customers are businesses that have made it through the early struggles and have become viable. Making the next payroll isn’t the biggest thing keeping them up at night. It’s more about how to take things to the next level, how to scale what has been built thus far into businesses that thrive and build value. That’s where we can make the biggest impact!

As a business owner, are there any factors that suggest I should be thinking about this sooner rather than later?

For sure! Are you beginning to feel the pressure of wearing too many hats? Do you focus on specific industries?

Our model is adaptable to many industries. That said, it currently fits best with technology and professional services firms.

Are you basically providing a cold calling service?

Not at all! There are plenty of options available for smiling and dialing or generating leads. What we are providing is the personal touch and ongoing sales funnel management you need to help qualified leads become customers.

Where do you find your sales experts?

There are a surprising number of experienced and talented sales professionals out there who want the freedom to work for themselves and serve multiple businesses. We have worked with many of them in the past and, through our extensive relational network, we meet new ones every week.

What makes your sales professionals better than what I can find myself?

Well, first of all, no one on our team has less than 10 years of sales experience. These are not newbies and it would cost you a lot of money to hire them! Secondly, we only hire people with a highly relational approach to sales. These are highly skilled professionals who understand that selling means serving. We do not believe in high-pressure tactics that might close the deal but damage your brand in the process.

What if the salesperson you provide to us is not a good fit?

We work hard to ensure that the alignment between your salesperson and your culture is super tight. However, if things don’t work out, we will work closely with you to correct the situation in a timely fashion. One of the advantages of our model is that you don’t have to deal with a painful termination experience. We fix the problem and minimize the stress and downtime for you

Do we have to start with an assessment?

Yes! Because alignment and fit is so critical to success, we simply must spend an appropriate amount of time learning more about your business. It’s especially important for us to drill deep into things like sales strategy, process, messaging and lead generation. If any of these key ingredients are missing or ineffective, it will help both of us clarify expectations before deploying your ideal sales professional.

Who is behind Altezza?

Altezza was founded by Steve Caton who has been selling, leading and building successful sales organizations since graduating from college in the late 80’s.
