JOB OPENINGS

Account Executive

Team: Account Executives (AE)

Reports to: COO

Purpose: Independent Sales Professionals are the backbone of the Altezza value proposition. Their role is to serve our clients with excellence by executing day-to-day sales activities as outlined in the specific Engagement Agreement with each client.

Directly Responsible for: Leadership and execution of Inbound and/or Outbound Sales activity for Altezza clients

Measured By:

  • Specific number of hours spent serving each client as dictated by the Engagement Agreement
  • Specific number of weekly sales activities (calls, emails, meetings, proposals, etc) as agreed upon with each client.
  • Measurable growth in new contracts and revenue for each client.

Directly Responsible for: Effective communication and accountability with Altezza clients.

Measured By:

  • Weekly communication with each client about availability, priorities and objectives.
  • Monthly communication with each client about lead generation and sales process effectiveness.
  • Accurate data on sales activity and results are tracked in each client’s CRM.

Directly Responsible for: Effective communication and accountability with Altezza leadership.

Measured By:

  • Monthly communication with Altezza leadership about lead generation and sales process effectiveness for each client.
  • Accurate data on sales activity, results and time tracking are reported to Altezza leadership.

Additional Expectations:

  • Protection and enhancement of Altezza company culture and core values.
  • Protection and enhancement of Client’s company culture and core values.
  • Participate in company/team meetings and events when possible.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • Well-defined skills and expertise in discovering client needs and objectives.
  • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Sales Development

Team: Sales Development Representatives (SDR)

Reports to: COO

Purpose: Independent Sales Professionals are the backbone of the Altezza value proposition. Their role is to serve our clients with excellence by executing day-to-day sales activities as outlined in the specific Engagement Agreement with each client.

Directly Responsible for: Leadership and execution of Inbound and/or Outbound Sales activity for Altezza clients

Measured By:

  • Specific number of monthly sales objectives (calls, demos, meetings, registrations, etc) as agreed upon with each client.
  • Measurable growth in new Sales Qualified Leads and revenue for each client.

Directly Responsible for: Effective communication and accountability with Altezza clients.

Measured By:

  • Weekly communication with each client about availability, priorities and objectives.
  • Monthly communication with each client about lead generation and sales process effectiveness.
  • Accurate data on sales activity and results are tracked in each client’s CRM.
